Twelve months, from the day it arrives.
Every Sovune Nudge is covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing faults.

What's covered. The band, the display, the vibration motor and the charger, where the problem is a manufacturing fault rather than damage or ordinary wear.

What isn't. Damage from drops, water or use beyond what the product is built for. Batteries lose a little capacity over time — that's normal rather than a fault.

How to claim. Email info@sovune.com.au with your order number and a short description of the problem. A photo or two helps. We'll arrange a repair, a replacement or a refund depending on the fault, and we cover return postage on warranty claims.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty is in addition to those rights and does not limit them.
